Peggy Rothman
LMT, NCMTB, BBA
Peggy is a nationally certified and licensed Massage Therapist. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Northeastern State University, an Associate of Applied Science degree from Tulsa Junior College, and successfully completed the 816 hour Massage Therapy program at Community Care College in Tulsa, Oklahoma. In addition to the massage training at Community Care College, Peggy has attended classes in reflexology and myofascial release. She also sat for the National Certification for Massage Therapy and Bodywork (NCMTB) which she passed.
While the NCMTB is not a required to practice massage therapy in Oklahoma, having the credential holds the therapist to a higher standard in the profession by requiring the therapist on stay up to date with techniques by requiring continuing education to remain certified. It also lets potential clients know that the massage therapist runs a legitimate massage practice and is truly concerned about their health and well-being.
Prior to becoming a massage therapist, Peggy worked as a computer professional for 25 years. Upon retiring from the computer field, Peggy decided to return to the workforce in a field where she can help people. She is a nurturing and caring person.
